Hey everyone, please take a look at this proposed operating agreement for a clr.fund DAO LLC.

Note that the primary purpose of this legal entity is to limit the personal liability of the folks building clr.fund. It is not intended to be a for-profit organisation. As such, this document won’t really change how we operate day-to-day.
To ratify this document, we need to point the content hash of dao.clrfund.eth (currently controlled by the clrfund contributor multisig) to an IPFS version of this document. Once that is done, @rosscampbell has kindly offered to file it on our behalf.
If you have any objections or comments, please raise them now. Otherwise, we should go ahead and set the IPFS hash ASAP.
